News: Smart undertakes further production expansion

21st April 2009

Smart Offices have further extended the production space at their own factory in Suffolk.

The company has extended it's production floor space to 2500 sq ft to accommodate it's increased workloads and for generally improved working practices.

The new space includes a stand-alone, dedicated panel spray shop, improved assembly area and will soon include a brand new roof assembly studio.

Charlie Dalton, Director of Smart Offices Limited, said "We've always been proud to manufacture our own range of buildings in our very own factory. However, the continued increases in our workloads have meant that we reached capacity some months ago. We have therefore extended our work space to enable us to improve our efficiency and reduce our lead times yet further." He added "As an independent, family owned company our focus on quality, innovation, environmental sustainability and value for money remain the corners of our business."
