All Smart Offices are fully equipped with electric sockets, lighting and fusebox.

You simply need to arrange for your local electrician to take a spur from your household fusebox and run an armoured cable to your home office. Armoured cable does not normally need to be buried and, often, an electrician will complete the task in around a half a day.

Included:

Micro: 3 double sockets, spotlights, dimmer switch, fusebox

Solo: 4 double sockets, spotlights, dimmer switch, fuse box

Duo: 5 double sockets, spotlights, dimmer switch

Trio: 6 double sockets, spotlights, dimmer switch

Quarto: 8 double sockets, spotlights, dimmer switch

All our buildings are internally cabled and are ready for connection and certification by your electrician.

We recommend you choose a qualified electrician who can issue you a Part P building regulation certificate.
