Q. So what will my garden office cost?

A. Check out our range and you'll find our prices are very competitive.

Q. What planning permission is needed for my garden office?

A. It's not always needed, as long as the office is situated more than 5 meters away from your home and you do not live in a conservation area you shouldn't have any problems. Check out our planning page for more details or give us a call.

Q. I presume they are all made to order, so how long does this take?

A. Approximately 4 weeks from the date you order it. Unlike extensions and conservatories planning is not necessarily needed so you get to work that much faster.

Q. How long will it take to install my garden office and when will it be ready to use?

A. Usually the day we deliver. Smart Garden Offices are delivered and erected the same day and as long as the site is ready before arrival, the power can be connected and you can start work that evening.

Q. What choice of colour for the exterior of my Garden Office is available?

A. Why not take a look at the range available, our design is very contemporary and we aim to suit most tastes.

Q. Is there any maintenance required?

A. No. Our offices are made to be maintenance free and durable to withstand the test of time (and children!). As with most things kept clean and not abused, your garden office will last for years and years.
